Are prices the same in every city?
Our advertised route prices apply to eligible scheduled Richmond curbside pickups. For other locations, we quote the travel, access, items and disposal together so you know the total before we load.
Can you pick up from an apartment?
Yes, subject to access and scheduling. Include your floor, whether an elevator is available and any building move-out requirements. Stairs and extra carrying time may change the quote.
What can you remove?
We focus on furniture, mattresses, household junk, garages and move-out leftovers. Heavy appliances and unusual items need a separate quote. We do not accept hazardous waste; contact us about renovation materials before booking.
Can you disassemble furniture?
Yes. Tell us about bed frames, tables or other furniture that needs taking apart. Disassembly is an extra service, with the added charge confirmed before work begins.
Where does the junk go?
We use appropriate disposal and recycling facilities for the agreed materials. Reusable items may be directed to donation facilities when accepted. We do not promise that every item can be donated.
Can I book a specific pickup time?
Tell us your preferred date and availability. We confirm the pickup window directly after reviewing the job. Sending a request does not reserve a slot.
